Terms of use
Short, and meant to be read: what the game is, what the coins are not, and what fair play means here.
Last updated 13 September 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Andreas Kviby, Skonstavägen 3, 611 73 Vrena, Sweden, for the use of the ONE MORE FLOOR game and this website. Installing or playing the game means accepting them.
The game is free
ONE MORE FLOOR is free to play. This version contains no purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. There is nothing to buy and nothing to unlock with money.
Coins are score, not money
The coins in the game are a score. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or cashed out, and are worth nothing outside the game. ONE MORE FLOOR is not gambling: nothing you risk in the elevator is real, and nothing you win is redeemable.
Fair play
The Daily Tower is the same tower for every player in the world, and it is generated from a seed issued by our servers. That only stays fair if everyone plays it the same way:
- One official Daily Tower attempt per player per day.
- No modified clients, automation tools, emulator scripting, traffic interception or anything else used to submit a result you did not play.
- No sharing or reselling accounts to get extra attempts.
Submitted results are verified on our servers. A result that is impossible — a floor above the game's ceiling, a run faster than the game can physically be played, timestamps outside the tower's window, or a failed integrity check — is refused outright. A result that is merely implausible is kept but held out of the rankings for review, so a genuine run is never silently deleted. We may remove results and, for repeated or deliberate cheating, close an account.
Your account
- You get an account the first time you open the game, tied to your device. No email address and no password.
- Signing in with Apple or Google is optional. It links that identity to the account you already have, so nothing is lost, and it is what lets you recover your account on a new phone.
- A guest account lives on the device. If you delete the app without signing in, that account may not be recoverable.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. The privacy policy sets out exactly what deletion removes.
Display names
Your display name is public: it appears on leaderboards in the game and on this website. Keep it decent. We may reset a name that is abusive, hateful, sexual, impersonates somebody else, or is otherwise unacceptable — and repeat offences may cost you the account.
Availability, and the honest warning
ONE MORE FLOOR is an online game run by one person. It may be unavailable for maintenance, because something broke, or because of things outside our control. The game is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your results and progress can never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for such losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory Swedish or EU consumer law.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page changes with them, and significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means accepting the new terms.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, it goes to the Swedish courts — though you may always bring a consumer complaint in the country you live in, and EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
